Frequently Asked Questions

How does it prevent double-booking?

Availability is checked by date, branch, condition, and existing commitments, not only by what is physically in the yard. A unit that is reserved, in transit, awaiting inspection, or under repair is not offered for the same period.

Can it handle our pricing rules, such as weekly caps and weekend billing?

Yes. You configure rate capping, billable days, shift lengths, minimum charges, breakdown credits, and rounding to match your own policies. Daily, weekly, monthly and usage-based rates are all supported.

What happens when equipment comes back damaged or late?

The return inspection is compared with the condition recorded at dispatch. Charges for damage, cleaning, fuel, missing accessories, and late returns are added to the invoice automatically, with photos kept as evidence.
