Frequently Asked Questions

Which lease types can it handle?

It supports master leases, long-term leases, one-way and spot leases, and lease-purchase agreements. Each contract carries its own rates, free days, minimum hire periods, and permitted pick-up and return locations.

How does it stop us from missing or double-billing rental days?

Charges are calculated per container per day from the actual on-hire and off-hire events. Each period is marked as billed once it has been invoiced, so rerunning the billing process cannot charge the same days twice.

Can it handle Damage Protection Plans and repair cost recovery?

Yes. DPP fees are billed as a separate charge. When a repair is approved, the cost is split automatically between the amount DPP covers and the amount recovered from the lessee.
